Week 4
This past week, the program spent time in both the weight room and on the court, patiently waiting for more news on the winter sports season.
In the weight room, the ladies got to test out some of the school's brand new equipment for the first time.
The team uses a three-day, push-pull-legs split when working out.
On the court, we were grateful to see many new and returning faces.
The ladies also got the opportunity to finally meet Guy Peterkin, the program's new varsity assistant coach.
