Week 16

The Lady Tigers had two games this week, including a rare Saturday afternoon matchup.

On Tuesday, Varsity defeated region foe Williams Field 56-46 on the road.

Yesterday, Varsity battled Cactus Shadows in a back-and-forth contest, but ultimately lost 53-49.

JV dropped their only game of the week 31-29 against Williams Field.

Congratulations to junior Nicole Evenson for being selected as the MaxPreps Player of the Game against Williams Field! She finished with 19 points and 4 rebounds. Nicole also had a game-high five made three pointers.
Congratulations to freshman Meisha Caserio for being selected as the MaxPreps Player of the Game against Cactus Shadows! She finished with 16 points and 4 assists. Meisha also had a game-high ten deflections on defense.
Other notable performances from the week include junior Saadia Salim, who finished with 11 points and 9 rebounds against Williams Field and freshman Kiki Kowitz, who tallied 7 points against Cactus Shadows, while also increasing her three point shooting percentage on the season to 40.9%!
On Friday night, the ladies made sure to virtually support the boy's basketball team in their game against Highland!
