At next month's lunch, discover how the Port of Toledo, as part of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence region, is a vital part of the industrial and agricultural supply chains to both the United States and Canada. If it were a country, the output of this region would represent the third-largest economy in the world — behind the U.S. and China — and our Port sits right in the middle of it. Small business leaders and owners, this is an opportunity for you
While high interest rates might be good for your savings account, they can be detrimental to businesses trying to access capital and keep their business running. That is why the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Federal Reserve (the Fed) so that you can inform the Fed presidents about the economic conditions impacting your business. This is your chance to influence the decision-making process at the federal level on interest rates and access to capital programs.
Help bring to light the state of small business in the Toledo Region and what is needed for our future success. The survey takes about 12-minutes and closes on November 17th.
