Hisashi Otsuka began his art career in kimono design in Japan.  He's parlayed that talent and unique skill into distinctive wall art that portrays anything from a simple landscape to a beautiful Geisha in her kimono.  He has spent the last few years perfecting a new medium, glass etchings.  Watch the video!

BILL CHRISTIAN
(1924-2004)
Bill wore a patch on one eye and a captain’s hat every day, he was every bit the character he appeared to be. 

He was recognized as one of the leading artists and authorities on etched scrimshaw. His work is represented in most all leading scrimshaw collections as well as the Smithsonian and the Library of Congress.

Very little of Bill's works were ever available on the open market, Lahaina Galleries was fortunate to carry his work. Read More
