A personalized SnapCode email has been sent to all currently enrolled District 115 families with instructions and a link to complete online registration and fee payment for the 2020-2021 school year through Powerschool Registration.

The online registration and fee payment process must be completed by Monday, June 22, 2020 . Your student's registration will not be considered complete until you have submitted the online registration and fee payment.

Electronic Student Residency Verification
All students registering at Lake Forest High School District 115 are required to provide proof of residency. Lake Forest School High District 115 has contracted with a third party firm to automatically check information provided during the registration process against electronic records. In the event that residency cannot be verified electronically, a member of our staff will reach out to you to obtain further information and documentation.

Fall 2020 Sports
All parents who plan to register their student(s) for the Fall 2020 Sports Season should complete their online registration and submit by Monday, June 22, 2020 .

Historically the normal start date for Fall Sports is during the 2nd week of August. The exact start date for the 2020 Fall Sports Season will be communicated once it has been finalized following guidance and direction from the Governor's Office, the State Board of Education, the Illinois High School Association, and our local Superintendent and Board of Education.

Athletic forms can be completed during online registration. In addition to the required forms, all student-athletes must have a physical exam submitted to the Athletic Office before the first day of practice or try outs. With the exception of incoming freshman physical forms, p arents can email forms to Jean Leccesi in the athletic office,

Incoming freshman physical exam forms should not be turned into the Athletic Office . Physical exam forms should be turned into the Health Office. The Health Office will forward a list of all compliant students to the Athletic Office in time for the first day of sports.
