Fitness Center Closure...Take 2
On November 16, 2020, the state announced Orange County, along with all of Southern California, is now back in the most restrictive "Purple Tier". You can find more information on the State's Blueprint for a Safer Economy here. Under this tier, Lake Forest II is required to close our indoor fitness center.

As many of you are aware, we have an outdoor fitness area for members to exercise in. Although it does not have weight machines, it has cardiovascular equipment, dumbbells, and the rowing machine. We are in the process of increasing the size of this area, adding more cardiovascular equipment, and adding lighting in order to accommodate more members. It will be available by reservation for six members at a time beginning Friday. This capacity might be increased to eight if it is safe to do so. Please see the Fitness Center tab on www.lf2recreation.org for more details and the reservation link.

The outdoor exercise area will close for inclement weather as we cover equipment and/or move it indoors.
The next Lake Forest II Board Meeting is scheduled for December 16, 2020, and the Board does not plan to meet again in open session until February 3, 2021. The agenda will be available on the bulletin board in front of the Clubhouse and on the website prior to the meeting.

Take care and be well.
