Holidays in Havasu have never shined more brightly.
Fresh off its recent Golden Anniversary, the 190-year-old London Bridge stands aglow in an enchanting red and green special lighting display. This will be the first holiday for the bridge's new $280,000 lighting upgrade—blending festively with almost a million bulbs glowing at the adjacent English Village.
“Overall, there are over 25 different scenes programmed into the lighting system to account for several different holidays and commemorative occasions,” says Terence Concannon, president/CEO of Go Lake Havasu.
“The holidays will be a lot brighter this year. Pardon the pun, but the lighting renovation was a brilliant idea that will bring added joy to visitors and locals alike.”
