ANNUAL MEETING

The 2023 ANNUAL MEETING of Lake Jeanette Association, Inc. (The Master HOA) will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, December 11, 2023, at the Lake Jeanette Swim and Tennis Club meeting room located at 5040 Bass Chapel Road. Registration begins at 5:30 pm. The Annual Meeting starts promptly at 6:00 pm.


The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the business of the Association, including the election of the Board of Directors. The Association’s Bylaws require at least 94 non-lake view lots and 24 lake view lots to be present in person or by proxy to meet quorum.  

Please ensure that you read all the information provided in this newsletter before attending the annual meeting.

The 2024 dues are increasing by ten percent (10%) effective January 1, 2024 to:

Lake View Lots: $874.00 annually with $437.00 due on January 1st and July 1st

Non-Lake View Lots: $436.00 annually with $218.00 due on January 1st and July 1st


  • Main items that were considered in approving the 2024 Budget:
  • As our watercraft ages maintenance will continue to increase.
  • Our low voltage lighting at entrances is no longer under warranty which means that maintenance and upkeep are now charged by the visit.
  • Tree Removal- The Association is seeing increases in the amount of tree removal needed.
  • Utility increases
  • Aging of walking bridges requiring more repairs with each quarterly inspection.
  • Irrigation Maintenance due to the aging of the system.
  • Labor cost and material increases for repairs.
  • 2024 Planned Projects:
  • Landscaping Beautification Projects throughout the community.
  • Floating Dock Repairs
  • Village gazebos will have water rerouted to stop debris from entering. All gazebos will undergo a deep pressure washing in the Spring
  • Village Docks will be rebuilt with new posts and decking. This will start in 2024 and some docks will be completed in 2025.
  • Trail bridges and signs to be pressure washed.
  • Dog station area beautifications.
