Knights of Honor
Each quarter classroom teachers select Students of the Month and Citizens of the Quarter that represent being a good student and being a good friend. It is our goal that all students learn not only their responsibilities as a leader, but learn the meaning of friendship.

Please review the video with Dr. Jackson’s introduction and congratulations to these outstanding Knights:
ESE Student of the Month - Jayla Abreu
Jayla is an 8th grader who works diligent every day to do her best during class! She turns in all assignments and continues to make gains in all of her classes. Jayla likes to keep to herself; but she is engaging in class discussions lately which makes her our Student of Q1!
ESE Citizen of the Month - Amaya Macapinlac
Amaya is an 8th grader who is outgoing and eager to learn. She goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure she understands the materials being taught. She does not give up, instead, she attends tutoring, and advocates to her teachers to make sure she does everything in her power to be successful. Amaya, you have shown to be a leader, not to give up and be successful!

Skyward Family Access
1) This past week 87.7% of our Knights accessed Skyward, down from 89.1% in the week preceding week when Quarter 1 grades were released.
2) Only 7.9% of LNMS' parents/guardians checked student activity on Skyward last week. This compares with 11.0% in the prior week.
