Effective March 26 at 5pm, Gov. Roy Cooper announced NC will continue easing COVID-19 restrictions and the 11pm curfew for on-site alcohol consumption has been lifted. Restaurants and breweries are operating their dining rooms at 75% and outdoor patios at 100% capacity. Mass gathering limits increased to 50 ppl indoors and 100 ppl outdoors. Bars, nightclubs, and dance halls can operate at 50% capacity. Movie theaters, music halls and venues for live performances can operate at 50% capacity. Statewide requirement for face coverings in public places will continue.
