Gov. Roy Cooper announced NC will be under a modified Stay-At-Home order until at least Jan. 8 and will allow restaurants/bars to deliver or carry-out mixed beverages until Jan. 31. Mass gatherings are limited to 10 ppl indoors and 50 ppl outdoors. Bars, nightclubs, and dance halls can operate outdoors only at 30% capacity or 100 customers, whichever is less. Movie theaters, music halls and venues for live performances can operate at 30% capacity or 100 customers, whichever is less. NC expanded statewide requirement for face coverings in public places and will continue 9pm alcohol sales curfew. Restaurants and breweries are able to continue operating their dining rooms and outdoor patios at 50% capacity.
