Governor Roy Cooper announced NC will remain in Phase 3 for three more weeks, effective October 21. Mass gatherings are limited to 25 people indoors and 50 people outdoors. Bars, nightclubs, and dance halls can operate outdoors only at 30% capacity or 100 customers, whichever is less. Movie theaters, music halls and venues for live performances can operate at 30% capacity or 100 customers, whichever is less. NC will continue statewide requirement for face coverings in public places and 11pm sales curfew. Restaurants and breweries are able to continue operating their dining rooms and outdoor patios at 50% capacity.
