Governor Roy Cooper announces NC will remain in Phase Two until at least September 11 and will continue statewide requirement for face coverings in public places. A statewide alcohol sales 11pm curfew was implemented on July 23. Restaurants and breweries are able to continue operating their dining rooms and outdoor patios at 50% capacity.
