Spirit of Excellence Student & Staff Nominations - Due Monday, Jan. 14
The LPEF is accepting nominations for this year's Spirit of Excellence awards. Parents and community members may nominate students, faculty members, and staff members for these prestigious awards.

To qualify, a student must be a current senior who demonstrated service, extraordinary effort, achievement, and leadership throughout their high school careers. Faculty and staff members who have made outstanding contributions to Lake Park may also be nominated.
 
Nomination Forms  are now available on the website . Nominations are due  January 14, 2019 .
2019 College Scholarships
The LPEF is pleased to announce the availability of 31 scholarships totaling over $25,000 allocated for Lake Park High School seniors in the class of 2019. Scholarship materials are available on the scholarship website.
 
Scholarship applications are due to the Career Center at Lake Park West Campus by  Friday, March 8, 2019  (note: the deadline for the Scott Bradley Memorial Scholarship is  Friday, February. 15, 2019 ). 
Congratulations to the LP Robotics Team - State & Nationals Bound
The Lake Park Robotics 68051u team won their first regional tournament and has qualified as the first Lake Park team ever to go to the State and Nationals competitions. They won the Glenbrook South competition on January 5, 2019. The team has two more local competitions before heading to State and then Nationals.

Night of Fine Dining & Theatre -
Thank you!
Thank you to all who attended the Night of Fine Dining & Theatre on Friday, December 14! The evening included an elegant winter tasting menu prepared by our culinary students, a silent auction, and reserved seating for the Lake Park production of Almost, Maine

The event was a huge success and a lot of fun! Special thank you to our guest emcee, Justin Roman from US99's Stylz & Roman morning show.

We also wish to thank the Lake Park Family & Consumer Science teachers and students for the amazing meal and service. The Lake Park Jazz Band for their performance. The Lake Park Art Club for the awesome decorations. And thank you to all the staff, students and volunteers who gave so much of their time to make the event such a success! THANK YOU!
