A Taste of the Arts

We are excited to invite you to be part of A Taste of the Arts, the Lake Park Educational Foundation’s newly reimagined signature event (formerly The Night of Fine Dining & Theatre), taking place on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Lake Park High School’s East Campus.



This elegant evening will showcase a winter tasting menu prepared and served by our talented culinary students, musical entertainment from our Band & Choir Jazz Ensembles, a silent auction, a festive performance of A Christmas Carol with reserved seating, and more! It promises to be a memorable night that brings together community, creativity, and support for Lancer students!

Win the Best Student Parking Spots at Lake Park!


The LPEF will be hosting an online auction the week leading up to A Taste of the Arts for the 2 best student parking spots at West Campus! Parents of juniors and seniors for the next school year (2026-2027) can bid on the closest spots to the door in the main senior student lot!


Online bidding will begin on Monday, December 1 at noon and be available through Friday, December 5 at noon.  Guests at A Taste of the Arts will have one last chance to place a winning bid. The two highest bidders will each receive a parking spot. The winner does not need to be in attendance to win.


The parking spots are numbers 43 and 54 in the West Campus senior student lot.

Nominations for Lake Park

Distinguished Alumni Awards


The LPEF is inviting nominations for the Spirit of Excellence - Distinguished Alumni Awards. Please submit your nominations by November 30, 2025. The event will be held in April 2026.


To qualify for this award, alumni must have graduated from Lake Park High School at least 10 years ago, with a minimum of two years of attendance at Lake Park. They should have demonstrated remarkable achievements in their respective fields, public service, or within their community.

Robotics Partnership Tournament

Lake Park High School, in partnership with the Lake Park High School Educational Foundation, hosted the LPHS robotics tournament on Saturday, November 1, 2025. The event consisted of over 50 teams competing for State and National qualifications.

The goal of the Robotics Partnership between LPEF and the robotics club is to grow robotics at Lake Park High School. The Robotics teams design, build, and compete in local robotic competitions hoping to make it to State, National, and World competitions. Make A Difference at Lake Park
Join the LP Educational Foundation!

The Lake Park Educational Foundation is looking for interested individuals to join us. The Foundation was created in 1989 with the mission to provide resources for unique programs and activities to enhance student learning at Lake Park.


Volunteers can help at the board level and/or with events and programs. We are looking for community volunteers for the INCubator program, Robotics Tournament and the Night of Fine Dining & Theatre to name just a few opportunities.
