Tomorrow: Trail Cleanup Day

Calling all nature‑loving do‑gooders. Come out for a morning of trail TLC, fresh air, and doing something great for the neighborhood.

When: Saturday, Jan. 31

Time: 9 a.m.

Where: Lake Pointe Community Center Parking Lot (11700 Sonoma Dr.)

Supplies: We encourage you to bring your own supplies. The LPMUD will provide gloves, trash bags, and litter grabbers while supplies last.

Waiver: Please print, sign, and bring a waiver for each participant. Limited copies will be available onsite.

Minors: Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire event. Adults may sign for minors on the waiver.

We can’t wait to see you there as we start the year off strong. Wear sturdy shoes, prepare for outdoor conditions, and bring your best community spirit.

Free folding chair cart set

We’re clearing some space in our storage building and have a folding chair cart with 28 foldable chairs available to give away to a Lake Pointe resident. With the chairs loaded, the cart measures approximately 7 ft long, 4.5 ft tall, and 2 ft wide.

It’s first come, first served, and the chairs and cart are offered as one complete set. The set can be picked up from the Lake Pointe Community Center. While pickup during office hours works best, we’re happy to coordinate another time if needed. For planning purposes, pickup within one week of claiming the set is appreciated so we can continue making room in storage.

Let Travis County know

Ever come across a lifted sidewalk or a pothole and wondered where to report it?  

In Lake Pointe, the streets and sidewalks are owned and maintained by Travis County, so anything from pavement issues to damaged or missing street or traffic signs falls under their care.

TNR counts on resident reports to zero in on issues. If you spot something that needs attention, send the location and a photo to tnr.roads@traviscountytx.gov, or call 512‑854‑9433.

Board of Directors Meeting

Want to share a thought, raise a concern, or just say hello? Join us at the upcoming Board Meeting. We’ll begin with a Homeowner Forum, where every resident has a chance to share their thoughts and ask questions.

If you're simply curious to observe the meeting and see how decisions are made, we'd love to have you there.

Senior Lunch Bunch
