Amenity access support hours

With spring around the corner and warmer weather already here, many of you are gearing up to enjoy the pool and splash pad. Take this weekend to make sure your key fob and app access are working properly so you’re ready for the season.

To help with setup and troubleshooting, including key fob pickup and payment, the clubhouse will be open for amenity access assistance on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, Mar. 3 from 3 to 6pm
  • Tuesday, Mar. 9 from 8 to 11am

Need a new amenity access? Fill out the form.

*Note: Each household may have up to two active amenity accesses.

Calling all future Lazers

Is that a splash I hear? The pool is calling our swimmers back.

A brand‑new season is just around the corner, and the Lake Pointe Lazers are getting ready to return to the lanes. Before registration opens, we’re kicking things off with new swimmer evaluations for our youngest future Lazers.

If you’ve got a little fish (ages 8 & under) eager to join the team, this is their chance to shine. Use the button below to snag a spot for your swimmer’s eval.

Wastewater rate adjustment

The West Travis County Public Utility Agency has approved wastewater rate adjustments that will begin appearing on the first bill received in April 2026. According to the PUA, the changes support long‑term system reliability and will be phased in over three years.

For questions, please visit wtcpua.org or contact their Customer Service at 512‑263‑0125.

Manhole rehabilitation notice

The WTCPUA will be performing scheduled manhole rehabilitation work in our community beginning Mar. 4 and continuing through the end of March. Crews will start in The Pointe and move south along Resaca Blvd.

What to expect

  • Utility vehicles and equipment in the area
  • Brief, localized access limitations near work zones
  • Occasional temporary odors when manholes are opened (these should dissipate quickly once lids are replaced)

Why this work is happening

This project is part of WTCPUA’s annual maintenance cycle to keep the wastewater collection system reliable and compliant. Work includes inspection, cleaning, structural rehabilitation, and other necessary upkeep on select manholes within or near the Association boundaries.
