Lake Pointe MUD bond could bring major improvements to our neighborhood!
Our dedicated Lake Pointe Municipal Utility District (MUD) has been working tirelessly to craft a bond package for LP residents to vote on May 3, 2025, that will infuse our community with a wealth of vital enhancements.
Informational meeting:
Join us for a joint meeting hosted by the Lake Pointe HOA and the Lake Pointe MUD on Monday, Apr. 14 from 5 - 7 p.m. at the Community Center. This meeting is all about answering your questions and divulging all the info on the bond package. Come by, get informed, and be part of our community's exciting future.
What’s included:
- New swim dock: imagine a stunning double-deck, partially covered dock that's safer and more fun for everyone. Perfect for family outings and sunny days.
- Motorboat day dock: a dedicated area with two slips for easy loading/unloading. Convenient and hassle-free for all boaters.
- Stone walls: elegant stone walls to replace old wood fences along Resaca Blvd, Sonoma, and Bee Caves Rd. Durable, low-maintenance walls will enhance the neighborhood's look.
- Entrance upgrades: beautiful new monuments and lighting at all entrances will bring a welcoming and modern touch to our community.
- Park enhancements: bathrooms at both Napa and Vista Pointe Parks, plus playground upgrades, new seating, and lighting at Vista Pointe Park.
Total bond investment: up to $8 million for these visionary projects.
Repayment plan: 20-25 years at an interest rate of approximately 4.25%.
