Are your egg-hunting skills up to the challenge? Hop on over to Napa Park for our Easter Eggstravaganza from 4 to 5:30 p.m. tomorrow. Enjoy an afternoon bursting with egg-citing fun, laughter, and springtime joy. The Easter Bunny will make a special appearance, and you'll get a chance to show off your moves at the Bunny Hop Dance Party.

So, grab your baskets and get ready for a hunt that's sure to be egg-straordinary! (Warning: This event may contain an excessive amount of egg puns. We just can't help ourselves!)

Monument tea time

Wondering what's brewing with our monument? I think it's time to spill the tea!

By the end of 2024, we were putting the final touches on the monument design and gearing up for its awaited replacement. When the Lake Pointe MUD approached us, it made us reimagine our plans. As part of the MUD's bond, they've proposed a brilliant deal to replace and upgrade all our monuments. This would allow us to repurpose the insurance funds we received from the incident and invest in other exciting enhancements, like pickleball courts, rather than just replacing one monument.

If you needed another reason to vote FOR Proposition A in the upcoming elections, here it is. This bond will help us achieve these amazing upgrades and more. Let's make our community even better together.

Junk be gone

It's that time of year again when we roll up our sleeves and tidy up our homes! Did you know that Lake Pointe MUD's agreement with Texas Disposal Systems includes FREE bulk pickups twice a year for every household? That's right, you can get rid of those tree branches and other bulky items with ease. Here's how to schedule your pickup:

• Call Texas Disposal Systems at (800) 375-8375
• Select "Residential"
• Mention that you pay your own bill, but our Lake Pointe MUD has a bulk pickup agreement with them
• Schedule a time for them to come pick up your items and get all the info you need
