Clutter to cash bash

Our neighborhood-wide garage sale is happening tomorrow from 8 a.m. to noon. It's the perfect time to declutter, find hidden treasures, and meet your fellow bargain hunters.

To participate in the garage sale, simply set up your sale at your residence. Be sure to put up signs with arrows pointing to your home so people know where the deals are! And remember, after the sale, take down your signs—no one likes a sign of the times lingering around.

Spread the word. Help us make this event a blast by posting about it on your social media. The more, the merrier!

Rise and grind

We’re gearing up for an exhilarating Camp Gladiator workout session on May 10 at 9 a.m. at the community center parking lot, and we’d love to see you there.

To add some flavor to our morning routine, we'll be treating everyone to a small breakfast bite. Invite your neighbor and make it a fun community gathering. To help us plan, please RSVP and let us know you're coming. 

Pecan Street Festival

Get ready for a local adventure! The iconic Pecan Street Festival is relocating this year to the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave. Experience the fun on May 3-4 with fantastic vendors, delicious food, live music, and more. It's bigger, better, and practically in our backyard. Plus, this year marks the festival's 50th anniversary.

Fun fact: Sixth Street was originally called Pecan Street because Austin's east-west streets were named after trees. It was renamed to Sixth Street in 1886 to make navigation easier.

Join our vibrant and welcoming Bridge group! Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking to discover the joys of this fascinating game, you'll find a friendly community here. Bring your friends along for the challenge and stay for the brain boost!

Fun fact: Bridge is the only card game to have attained the official International Olympic Committee designation of "mind sport".
