Congratulations, Class of 2026! Lead with heart, move with purpose, and never underestimate what you can do.

Splash pad update

Our splash pad is currently out of order after the recent storm damaged the timer that runs the water features. We’re expediting the repair and will keep everyone posted once it’s back in action.

LPMUD's latest in motion

The Lake Pointe MUD just dropped a fresh round of updates on all the improvements happening around the neighborhood, and there’s plenty to catch up on if you haven’t peeked yet.

This latest rundown covers what’s happening with the boat dock, Vista Pointe Park upgrades, the Lake Pointe wall, the Preserve trailhead parking area, new entrances and monuments, and the bond application and issuance. Everything is being sequenced with care, so our favorite spots stay as accessible as possible while the long‑term upgrades continue.

For an inside look and future updates, head over to the District’s Projects page:

www.lakepointemud.org/projects. If you have any questions, you can email them at info@lakepointemud.org.

No experience needed! Coach Cara, Head Coach and Owner of Slade Fit Club, will guide you through a restorative, full body stretch session designed to unwind and relax the entire body.

Keeping our community safe

We’ve recently received an increase in resident concerns about underage operation of motorized vehicles and unsafe driving behaviors in the neighborhood, including not following posted traffic signs and riding in a manner that puts others at risk.

In response, deputies from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office joined us at our last Board Meeting to discuss the matter, answer questions, and provide safety guidance.

If you witness unsafe or unlawful motorized‑vehicle use, you are encouraged to call 911 so it can be addressed promptly. We are also working with the Travis County Sheriff’s Office to support a stronger presence in the community as part of our ongoing efforts to improve safety.

As a reminder, no bikes, scooters, or golf carts are allowed on the grass or in any common‑area green spaces. These areas are not designed for vehicle traffic, and both riding and parking on them can cause significant damage to the landscaping.

Thank you for helping keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone.
