There's still time

Sign up for a full‑body stretch and recovery session designed to release tension, improve mobility, and reset your mind and body.

When: Tuesday, June 2

Time: 5:30 p.m.

Where: Lake Pointe Community Center

No experience needed! Just bring a mat and water bottle.

RSVP below to save your spot.

Back in operation

The splash pad is up and running again! While the main issue has been resolved, we’re still waiting on an ETA for a few final adjustments. In the meantime, the water features are operating and available for use.

If any additional work requires us to temporarily turn the system off, we’ll do our best to give you a heads‑up beforehand.

Neighborhood safety

We’re continuing to work with the Travis County Sheriff’s Office to support a stronger law‑enforcement presence in the neighborhood. At the same time, we rely on the community’s partnership to help keep our streets safe.

Unlicensed individuals may not operate motorized vehicles without pedals, including golf carts, on Travis County roads.

If you witness reckless, unsafe, or unlawful motorized‑vehicle activity, please call 911 immediately so deputies can respond in real time.

As a reminder, no bikes, scooters, or golf carts are allowed on the grass or in common‑area green spaces, as these areas are not designed for vehicle traffic and can be damaged.

We appreciate everyone’s efforts to keep the community safe.

Plant 1 repairs

The West Travis County Public Utility Agency (WTCPUA) will begin repair work at Plant One starting this Monday, June 1. The project is expected to take 4–6 weeks, depending on weather conditions.

Throughout the repair period, you may notice a large crane on-site at various stages of the work. Since Plant One is currently offline and empty, no odor impacts are anticipated.

Work hours: 7:30am – 6pm

What to expect: Occasional construction noise and visible equipment as crews move through each phase of the project.

Stage 2 watering reminder

The WTCPUA remains under Stage 2 Watering Restrictions, and monitoring and enforcement has started.

Irrigation is limited to once per week during 6:00–10:00 a.m. or 7:00–10:00 p.m., based on your address:

  • 1 & 3: Monday
  • 2 & 4: Tuesday
  • 5 & 7: Wednesday
  • 6 & 8: Thursday
  • 9 & 0: Friday
  • Commercial: Saturday
  • No watering Sunday

For more information, visit wtcpua.org or call 512‑263‑0125.

Umbrella duty

This week’s spotlight pool rule: lower umbrellas and tie them before you leave!

Our awesome lifeguards do a sweep and close umbrellas before they leave for the day, but when they’re off duty, it’s up to you.

If you’re heading out and spot an umbrella standing tall with no one underneath, take a moment to close it, even if you didn’t open it.

Your quick action helps prevent broken umbrellas. Remember, we're all in this together, and taking care of our community is part of the magic.
