Wine Down Wednesday

We are excited to share that our neighbor, 5 Soul Wine Co., has graciously extended an exclusive invitation to Lake Pointe residents for Wine Down Wednesday on June 18th, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. at their location (4514 Bob Wire Rd, Spicewood, TX 78669).

This is a wonderful opportunity to mingle with your neighbors, get to know the winery, and enjoy a complimentary taste of their delightful offerings along with light bites.

Need amenity access?

School’s out, the sun’s blazing, and everyone’s ready to hit the pool. If your household is missing an amenity access (or one’s mysteriously vanished into the summer chaos), now’s the perfect time to check.

Each household can have up to 2 amenity accesses. If you need to replace one or request new ones, here's how to make it happen:

1. Download and complete the Amenity Access Form by clicking HERE.
2. Email the completed form to lakepointe@coherelife.com

Payment must be submitted through your Vantaca homeowner portal at home.coherelife.com before you receive your access.

We know the weather put a damper on our Memorial Day plans (and our ice cream dreams), but don’t worry! Your favorite frosty treat truck is making a comeback.

The Ice Cream Truck is rolling in on Sunday, June 1 from 12 to 4 p.m. at the Community Center.
