Friday the 13th just got a little less spooky and a whole lot splashier. As the Lazers Swim Team wraps up a fantastic season (huge shoutout to our young champions and their amazing coaches), we're diving back into our regular lap hours: 6 to 10 a.m., Monday through Friday. See you at the pool!

We're heading to the fabulous 5 Soul Wine Co. for a relaxing afternoon of complimentary tastings, light bites, and neighborly mingling. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or just in it for the snacks and good vibes, we'd love to see you there.

School’s out, the sun is blazing, and it’s the perfect time to pack up the RV and hit the open road. Whether you're heading to the mountains, the beach, or just exploring the great outdoors, we love seeing our Lake Pointe families making the most of summer.

Before you roll out, here’s a friendly reminder from the Lake Pointe governing documents to help keep our neighborhood looking its best:

Mobile Homes, Travel Trailers and Recreational Vehicles

"No mobile homes (except recreational vehicles parked in the rear of a Lot and totally screened from view from the street and adjacent Lots) shall be parked or placed on any Lot at any time, and no travel trailers or recreational vehicles shall be parked on or near any Lot so as to be visible from adjoining property or public or private thoroughfares for more than forty-eight (48) hours." (Architectural Design Guidelines, page 18)

Need amenity access?

Each household can have up to 2 amenity accesses. If you need to replace one or request new ones, here's how to make it happen:

1. Download and complete the Amenity Access Form by clicking HERE.
2. Email the completed form to lakepointe@coherelife.com

Payment must be submitted through your Vantaca homeowner portal at home.coherelife.com before you receive your access.
