Join us for our Board Candidate Info Session to learn more before the application is released. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions and explore what serving on the Board involves.

Stay alert

As the weather warms up, snakes become more active, and it’s normal to see them in grassy or shaded areas around the community. They typically avoid people, but this is the season when they’re on the move, so staying aware matters.

Please help children learn to stay alert when playing outdoors, and keep a close eye on pets as they explore. Encourage everyone to look before stepping into tall grass, reaching into storage areas, or walking near bushes.

For pet owners who want an extra layer of precaution, there are local organizations that offer snake avoidance training for dogs.

Celebrating 250 years

Kick off the Fourth with a little sparkle and a whole lot of patriotic spirit. The United States is turning 250, so expect birthday‑level energy and some limited‑edition swag created just for this milestone day.

Morning Mahjong Club

Pro or newbie, everyone’s welcome to pull up a chair. The next round of play is on July 9, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Lake Pointe Community Center.

Let Travis County know

Ever come across a lifted sidewalk or a pothole and wondered where to report it?  

In Lake Pointe, the streets and sidewalks are owned and maintained by Travis County, so anything from pavement issues to damaged or missing street or traffic signs falls under their care.

TNR counts on resident reports to zero in on issues. If you spot something that needs attention, send the location and a photo to tnr.roads@traviscountytx.gov, or call 512‑854‑9433.

The onsite Community Life office is closed today and Friday, July 3rd.
