Summer break is clinging on like a pool float, but the back-to-school buzz is officially in the air. Whether you're hunting down glittery gel pens or the coolest kicks for day one, it’s go-time. And your wallet’s about to thank you: Texas Tax-Free Weekend is Aug. 8–10, the perfect time to stock up and save. Soak up the sunshine, savor the chaos, and get ready to strut into a season full of fresh starts and freshly sharpened pencils.

Aloha summer sendoff

We’re turning the pool into a mini-island escape. No passport required. Think hula dancers, beachy beats, and a pineapple piñata just waiting to be heroically smashed.

Grab your loudest floral shirt, your sassiest sarong, and your best tropical attitude. This is your official invitation to send summer off with a splash, a shimmy, and maybe a snow cone mustache.

AT&T hood upgrade

Fiber installation has officially kicked off in our community. If you spotted a door tag or flyer recently, that was AT&T giving us a heads-up.

Crews are currently working on Sonoma, Napa, and Carlsbad, plus nearby streets. They’re starting near Lake Pointe Elementary to stay ahead of the back-to-school rush, and will be making their way through the rest of the neighborhood soon.

We’ll share more details from AT&T and provide updates as they become available. Thanks for hanging in there with us.

March-A-Thon hits home

The Lake Travis Cavalier Band is hitting the streets for their 1st Annual March-A-Thon Fundraiser, and you're invited to be part of the excitement.

When: Saturday, August 16

Neighborhood Parade: 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

Finale Concert: 11:45 a.m. at Hill Country Galleria

Run for a Board seat

As we gear up for the 2025 Annual Meeting this September, we’re looking for passionate, community-minded residents to run for open positions on the Lake Pointe Board. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of our neighborhood.
