One of our fabulous residents is hosting a FREE Stretch & Mobility class and you're invited to bend, breathe, and bliss out with us.

When: Wednesday, Aug. 27

Where: Lake Pointe Community Center

No RSVP needed. Just stop on by!

Expect a guided full body stretch paired with calming breathwork to help you unwind and reset. Come in your comfiest clothes, bring your chill vibes, and let’s get stretchy together.

Signs 101

From buzzing power tools to fresh “For Sale” signs, Lake Pointe is having a moment, and we’re here for it! Whether you're sprucing up your space or prepping for a move, it's great to see our neighborhood in full swing. Amid all the action, here are a few sign-related reminders to help keep things charming and clutter-free:

Contractor Signs:

We love a good home glow-up! Just remember, contractor signs are only permitted while work is actively being done. Once the tools are packed up, the sign should be too.

Open House Signs:

Selling your home? Signs advertising a showing or open house may only be placed on the property during the window of 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after the event. A reasonable number of directional signs are okay, but let’s keep it neat and temporary.

Signs may come and go, but a tidy neighborhood is always in style. Thanks for keeping Lake Pointe looking sharp.
