We're excited to introduce the five Lake Pointe homeowners running for the three open Board seats in this year's election. Candidate profiles are now available so you can learn more about each candidate before the Annual Meeting.

Board elections will take place at the Annual Meeting on Monday, Sept. 21, 2026. More information to come. Stay tuned!

Tax Free Weekend

From kindergarten drop-offs to college move-ins, this weekend marks the unofficial kickoff to a new school year for many Lake Pointe families. If back-to-school shopping is on your agenda, don't forget that Texas Tax-Free Weekend is here!

Before you hit the stores, check out the guide below from Austin Moms to help make the most of your shopping weekend.

Mind the branches

Summer growth has a way of sneaking up on all of us! As you're crossing items off your weekend to-do list, take a quick look at your trees and landscaping.

Be sure to trim back any branches or vegetation that may be encroaching on sidewalks, streets, or driveways. If you're pruning oak trees, don't forget to paint fresh cuts to help protect against oak wilt.

Bee Cave Pkwy project update

The finish line is in sight! The Bee Cave Parkway pavement improvement project is expected to be completed before the start of the school year on August 12. Final roadway striping and cleanup are underway as crews work to wrap up the project.

Senior Lunch Bunch

Please join the Lake Pointe Seniors as they enjoy a Dutch treat lunch out together at different, local restaurants the second Friday of every other month at 11 am. 

The next gathering will be Friday, August 14, at Chisos Grill, in the Galleria.
