Celebrates Oktoberfest

Hi Everyone,

I hope everybody is enjoying all this awesome weather, it has been a great stretch for the last 2 weeks. Lets hope for a great leaf show this year.

Thank you all who came to our first ever beer and wine combination dinner it seemed like a great success and a lot of fun. Anybody want to do it again?

Bob and I would like to thank everyone for celebrating our 13th anniversary with us. The small plates were a great hit!!! I would like to send a special thank you to our staff for all there hard work and keeping up with pouring the sparkling wine.

Oktoberfest is here!!! Lake Ridge will be serving our Oktoberfest menu all month long, come join us for all your favorites. Here is a copy of our current menu, as well as I will add a couple of more things including some beer, wine and cocktail specials.

Potatoschwein -Potato Pancakes with German sweet and sour pulled pork topped with creamed onions. $8.95

Wiener Schnitzel-breaded veal medallions pan fried and finished with lemon caper butter. $22.95

 

Zigeuner Schnitzle- breaded pork cutlets pan fried and topped with gypsy sauce of bell peppers, onions mushrooms and tomato. $21.95

 

Sauerbraten- marinated sirloin slow braised and served with gingersnap gravy. $22.95

 

Schweine Tenderloin - Grilled marinated pork tenderloin, sliced and finished with roasted chestnut, cognac apple glaze. $21.95
