Going paperless with your monthly water bill and paying online could not be easier regardless of the payment method you select. Pay online or even sign up for automatic bill payments. Follow these steps to establish an online account using Invoice Cloud to make paying your water bill that much easier.

1. Link to BS&A Online armed with your water bill account number.
2. Enter the account number and click on the Search button.
3. On the next screen, scroll down and click on the Make Payment button.
4. Click on I want to register this account and follow the on-screen prompts.

M.E. Simpson Company is performing a leak detection survey on water mains and service connections Village-wide.

The leak detection survey is anticipated to be completed by December 22, 2023.

Residents may notice M.E. Simpson vehicles as they travel throughout the Village and may also experience a brief service interruption during this process. M.E. Simpson staff will attempt to speak in-person to each affected address prior to interrupting service but will not need to go inside any residence.
