PROVINCE-WIDE STAY-AT-HOME ORDER EXTENDED
Effective May 13, 2021, Ontario extended the Stay-at-Home Order (O. Reg. 265/21) until at least June 2, 2021. Read the news release. Please refer to the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit website for guidance documents for businesses.
COVID-19 RAPID SCREENING INITIATIVE

The Huntsville/Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce and the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce, Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce, Muskoka Lakes Chamber of Commerce and the Ontario and Canadian governments, have launched the COVID-19 Rapid Screening Initiative.

Free rapid tests are available to small and medium-sized businesses (including non-chamber members) with 150 employees or less.

FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
ONTARIO TOURISM AND TRAVEL SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT GRANT
The Ontario government is providing one‐time payments of $10,000 to $20,000 to support eligible small tourism and travel businesses struggling to recover from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through the new $100-million Ontario Tourism and Travel Small Business Support Grant.
