Greetings from Mercyhurst University,

What a very special year we are having here at the Hurst! Groups on campus have been hard at work preparing (for a few years!) for our Centennial celebrations and we're thrilled that it's finally here!

Today's newsletter brings you a Centennial Homecoming Weekend reminder, news from around campus, and reminders and details for Centennial events and opportunities.

We're ready to welcome the largest-ever group of Homecoming Weekend guests to campus next week. If you're not registered yet, I hope you'll consider joining us for this most special occasion and celebration of our Alma Mater and our 100-year history!

Carpe Diem,

-Lindsay

There is still a chance to leave your name as part of Mercyhurst University’s Centennial celebration!

As an alum, you know that Mercyhurst is more than a place, it is a community and a legacy that connects generations. Now, you have an opportunity to make your own lasting mark on that story.

As part of our Centennial celebration, we invite you to dedicate a pew or chapel seat in Christ the King Chapel, a sacred space that has welcomed generations of Mercyhurst students, alumni, employees, and friends.

By naming a pew or seat, you can ensure that your family’s legacy becomes part of the chapel’s story. Your gift will be recognized with an engraved plaque and included on the digital Centennial donor wall, creating a permanent reminder of your connection to Mercyhurst.

Full Pew

$1,000

Individual Seat

$500

There is still time to be part of this once-in-a-century celebration. Whether you dedicate a full pew or an individual seat, your gift helps ensure that your connection to Mercyhurst endures for generations.
