Upcoming Events

As we approach spring break, we are excited to highlight two significant events:

  • Lakerthon Week (March 3-8): This student-led initiative aims to raise funds for the Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Seeway Tanzania. Highlights include a whole-school movie night on Thursday, March 6, a Lower School neon disco on Friday, March 7, and the main high school event on Saturday, March 8.
  • High School Multicultural Festival (Thursday, March 13): A celebration of our diverse community, this festival offers performances, cultural exhibits, and culinary delights from around the world, reflecting the rich heritage of our students and families.

Cultural Celebrations

We have recently honored the Lunar New Year and look forward to observing Ramadan, Holi, and St. Patrick's Day. These events provide meaningful opportunities for our community to come together in celebration and learning.

These dynamic experiences exemplify our mission: "Windermere Preparatory School is a nurturing community that engages and inspires our learners to discover their passions as they build the best versions of themselves for the global community."

All of your generosity and proceeds from the Windermere Prep Athletics Golf Tournament are used to promote student development on and off the field. Our Laker student-athletes strive for excellence in the classroom and the playing fields while learning valuable lessons in sportsmanship, teamwork, and dedication. With these attributes and positive athletic experiences, Windermere Prep Lakers will find success in sports and in life!

We're excited to share the college and university acceptances that the Class of 2025 has received thus far.

Every week, our College Counseling team provides an updated list of all the acceptances students have received, which will be reflected on the myWPS page below. Join us in congratulating our Lakers each week!
