Dear Laker Community,

Summer will be here before we know it, and we are excited to announce that registration is officially open for Lake Cypress Summer Camp at Windermere Preparatory School! Each year, our campus comes alive with laughter, creativity, and nonstop fun, and we are looking forward to welcoming campers back for another unforgettable summer.

Lake Cypress Summer Camp offers eight weeks of summer fun from June 1 through July 24, 2026, and families have complete flexibility when building their schedule. You may choose any weeks that work best for your family—there is no minimum or maximum number of weeks required. Camp is open to children entering Kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2026-2027 school year, and all campers must be five years old by September 1, 2026.

Held right here on the Windermere Prep campus, Lake Cypress Summer Camp provides a structured, engaging environment where children can stay active, explore new interests, and build meaningful friendships. We believe that structure is the key to a successful camp experience, and each day is thoughtfully designed to offer campers a variety of choices while maintaining a consistent and supportive routine.

Throughout the day, campers rotate through a wide range of activities, including field games, sports, art activities, group games, and specialty camp rooms. Each week also features exciting special events that campers look forward to all summer long—such as swimming, dance, cooking, science activities, waterslides, slip and slides, giant obstacle courses, gaga, martial arts, visits from special performers, on-campus field trips, and more.

With age-appropriate programming, low student-to-staff ratios, and flexible scheduling, Lake Cypress Summer Camp creates an experience that is both fun and enriching for every camper. Whether your child is joining us for the first time or returning for another summer, our experienced staff works hard to ensure each camper feels welcomed, safe, and excited to come back each day.

Best of all, Lake Cypress Summer Camp is open to both WPS and non-WPS families, so we encourage you to invite friends to join the fun! Space is limited, and spots fill quickly each year, so we recommend registering early to secure your child’s place.

We can’t wait to spend the summer making memories with our Laker community.
