Dear Valued Business Partners,
Please consider representing your business and industry at the OSTC-SW Career Night and Open House on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 4:45pm to 7:30pm
We host this event to:
·
provide local businesses the opportunity to meet with students and parents to communicate employment needs
·
allow businesses the venue to showcase equipment or live demonstrations to peak interest in a particular trade or industry
·
help OSTC build a sustainable pipeline to fill local employment needs
·
most importantly, parent feedback suggests to us that your presence at this event mattered to them at past Career Nights and was one factor in their decision making process to enroll at OSTC
If you would like to host a table, please register yourself by clicking on the following link. Dinner will be provided to those hosting a table (from 4:15-4:45.) Food will stay out longer. Please be sure that each individual registers themselves by clicking on the link below. The event is from 4:45 - 7:30. You can call Jackie Haller at 248-668-5653 if you have questions.
Table Information
Live demonstrations and hands-on opportunities for students are
preferred ways to share information, but you may also have handouts prepared about your business, hiring practices, employment and wage opportunities. (Tables will be set up near the cluster area of your interest. You will designate this area in your registration.)
I very much appreciate your collaboration and welcome any questions that you may have on this event. I hope you will decide to join in on the excitement.
Kind Regards,
Martin Kaye, Dean, M.A. Ed.

Generosity of HVSH Staff Helps Lakes Area Youth Assistance
Many of the staff members at Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital adopted children through the Lakes Area Youth Assistance (LAYA) in Walled Lake. Their generosity will allow 70 kids in 33 different families in the Walled Lake School District to enjoy gifts under their Christmas trees! Kudos to the
HVSH Facilities team
and Volunteer Coordinator
Holly Gerdom
for organizing the Adopt-A-Child gift collections.
