Rolling Hills will offer an all-inclusive experience where one price will take care of all residents' daily needs including chef-prepared meals and a myriad of entertainment options with a full calendar of life-enriching activities. On-site staff will provide assistance through the 24/7 emergency call system, appointment transportation, concierge services, and valet parking.
Residents will also enjoy the convenience of an in-house bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon – all of which will be open to the public. Residents needing home health care have the freedom to contract with their choice of providers. All-inclusive monthly rents for a studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments are competitively priced with no buy-in fee.
The $30 million, 180,000 square foot Rolling Hills is the first RLC location in Michigan and will provide an array of significant long-term benefits to the Commerce Township area including the creation of more than 30 local jobs. The greatest community benefit will be a safe, compassionate lifestyle for residents, and total peace of mind for their families. The community will be located at 3300 Crumb Road in Commerce Township.

Novi Chamber of Commerce and Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a roundtable at
North Oakland Michigan Works with
Representative Haley Stevens. Congresswoman Stevens, who represents Michigan's 11th District, met with business leaders from the area and discussed issues including manufacturing, immigration, education and infrastructure.Her passion and enthusiasm working for the businesses and residents within her district was certainly evident and we're thankful she included the LACC as she visits every community in her congressional district over the next month.

As part of her "24 Towns in 24 Days" districtwide tour,
Rep. Stevens will make business visits in Commerce Township, Livonia, Milford, Plymouth, and Rochester Hills. Other stops will include Lake Angelus, Northville Township, Novi, Clawson, Plymouth Township and White Lake. Much thanks to everyone who helped to bring the event together including Kevin Courtois with the

Courtney Hatcher is an artist best known for her abstract work in which she expresses heightened emotional states through painting and collage. She draws her inspiration from nature and from reflecting on human behavior. She was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. She continued her education at the University of Michigan-Flint where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Performance.
