The 2020 spring semester may not have been all that Lago Vista High School’s senior class planned, but it will certainly be one that they will remember for the rest of their lives.  Not only did they face the challenges of COVID-19 head on, they thrived with an e-learning system that was put in place and executed wonderfully by the hard-working faculty and administration at the school.

When I drove out to look at the property, I could see a future at the space. And when I drove down the street to the lake within walking distance, I knew without a doubt my future was here. With the assured growth in the future of this area, my business is set to ride the wave to success at the North Shore for many years to come.

The meatball pizza is one of my favorites. We make a traditional meatball, cook it and then cool them and slice them into disks. I also recommend onions and Roma tomatoes on our pie as they definitely kick it up a notch. My overall recommendation is to keep it simple. Most pizzas in Texas need a lot of toppings to compensate for a flavorless base pizza, but ours is delicious with just cheese.
