A little bit about us: Movement Climbing Yoga and Fitness is a part of the El Cap family of climbing gyms, so you may have visited at one of our sister locations, Earth Treks or Planet Granite. We offer climbing for all ages, as well as yoga + fitness classes. At Movement, we believe we can change the world by helping each other recognize and become our best selves. That’s what we do at our gyms. Every day, in so many ways, we bring out the best in each other.
Some of us are Chicago natives, while others are new to the area and excited to try all the neighborhood eats! One thing we all share is a passion for being involved in our community whether through climbing, partnerships, philanthropy, supporting local artists, shopping small, or attending events.
Our Wrigleyville space at 1115 W. Addison, (opening September 2021) will feature bouldering - a form of climbing at lower heights, yoga and group fitness classes, youth programming, and community-centric events.
