Wowza! What a day! This Saturday we hosted our Shopping Extravaganza and Holiday Treat Stroll. Our neighbors came out, shopped, snacked, sipped, and saved at our local businesses! On one day alone, we sold over $100,000 in Lakeview East Gift Cards! These local gift cards can be used at over 200 small businesses in the neighborhood and make the perfect stocking stuffer. We wanted to thank everyone for coming out and supporting local! Cubs Sign Bellinger and Taillon
|
The Cubs entered this offseason with the goal of adding at least one impact arm to a rotation rife with question marks. The North Siders zeroed in on free agent Jameson Taillon from the jump and pushed a deal up to the finish line late Tuesday night and signed a 4 year contract valued at 68 million dollars. Earlier in the day, the cubs reached an agreement for a one year, 17.5 million contract with with free-agent center fielder and former National League MVP Cody Bellinger.
