Free Fentanyl and Narcan Workshop on 11/16/22
Overdoses have spiked in Chicago and Cook County. Last year, Illinois had 3,013 overdose deaths, a 35% increase from 2019. The leading cause of opioid overdoses in Chicago is fentanyl, a powerful synthetic opioid similar to morphine but is 50 to 100 times more potent. Narcan is a medicine that assists in reversing an opioid overdose.
TPAN is teaching community members how to use fentanyl test strips and Narcan as part of TPAN's opioid overdose prevention program on Nov 16, 6-7:30 pm. The workshop will take place at TPAN (5537 N. Broadway, Chicago, IL). Space is limited, so sign up now. Attendees get to take supplies to share with their immediate communities. REGISTER: https://bit.ly/3fKUB0I

Presented by Shelby Parchman, InUrban Strategies, LLC
Today’s customers are looking for more than just service, they are looking for positive experiences every time they engage with your organization. Many business owners do not focus enough on the customer experience. This leads to poor on-line reviews, missed sales opportunities, and reduced referrals. All of these will lead to a reduction in opportunities as well as revenue. This webinar will present valuable tips on how to attract and retain customers by enhancing the customer’s engagement with your business. Some real world examples will be presented as mini case studies.
