Designed by Optima's founder, international award-winning architect, David C. Hovey, FAIA, the building features a series of setbacks creating sculptural relief along Broadway with an undulating façade. The setbacks provide for landscaped retail spaces that promote sidewalk cafes and outdoor eating areas encouraged by the City along streets like Broadway. An elegant and sophisticated palette with warm-toned colors consisting of transparent light bronze glass and an opaque black-brown window wall has been selected to complement the surrounding neighborhood. The building also features a distinctive landscaped interior atrium that runs through the center of the entire building and is enclosed by a fixed in-place skylight at the roof to bring natural light into the interior of the building.  You can learn more about the development here .
