We would like to extend the biggest of "Thank Yous" to Freddie Kole and The Mustache Crawl  team for their very generous donation to the Lakeview East Community Partnership!

Volunteer at the 15th Annual Lakeview East Festival of the Arts

The Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce is seeking volunteers to assist at the 2019 Lakeview East Festival of the Arts. The 2019 Festival will be Saturday, September 14 th- Sunday, September 15 th and we are looking for help in all areas of the festival. Volunteers will receive a festival t-shirt and a drink ticket for the festival. You can sign up here.
Façade Rebate Program

  Update the façade of your building with the help of the Façade Rebate Program. Eligible projects within the SSA territories can receive up to $6,000 or 60% in funds for improvements.

19th District Community Alternative Policing Strategies (CAPS)

The 44th Ward is served by the 19th District (bounded by Lawrence, Lake Shore Drive, Fullerton, and the Chicago River). Each police district is divided in beats, and each beat has a team of beat officers assigned to it. Police representatives from these teams and local community leaders conduct the CAPS meetings. Wellington/Oakdale Old Glory Marching Society
Join your neighbors for Lakeview's annual WOOGMS (Wellington Oakdale Old Glory Marching Society) parade. A fun, free, family event for kids of all ages. Everyone gets to march from Wellington & Pine Grove to the lakefront. Bring your pets, bikes, scooters, and strollers. The amazing Jesse White Drummers and Tumblers will also perform.
