Mayor Emanuel and City Clerk Valencia Officially Launch  the
 Chicago CityKey Program
CityKey is a 3-in-1 card serving as a government-issued ID, Ventra card and library card all in one. While the card allows holders to pick up a prescription, sign a lease or get married, it also offers all Chicagoans an array of benefits and discounts to more than 30 businesses, cultural and financial institutions, restaurants and sports teams throughout the city.
The CityKey is an acceptable form of identification for liquor licensees (bars, restaurants, packaged goods store) to verify proof of legal age to purchase alcohol. Additionally, it would be an acceptable proof of identification for those purchasing tobacco products.
For more information go to CityKey.

The Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) has launched a Business License Clock on their homepage, the first of Mayor Emanuel's small business initiatives designed to support business and cut red tape.
