 HOW DO YOU SHOP THE SHOW?
Do you shop out front first or last? Do you go to the right when you enter the front door or the left? Do you cover one hall at a time or one end of the building at a time? At the show this weekend, after shopping in one direction, go backwards. You are sure to see a lot of different treasures.

NORTHERN EXPOSURE
| We know that Lakewood 400 dealers have come from all walks of life. Bet you didn't know one dealer played in the World Series! That's Jay Howell who, along with his wife, Linda, owns Northern Exposure in the back of Hall H.
 Jay Howell is a former Major League Baseball relief pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds (1980), Chicago Cubs (1981), New York, Yankees (1982-84), Oakland Athletics (1085-87), Los Angeles Dodgers (1988-92), Atlanta Braves (1993) and Texas Rangers (1994). He was a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers when they won the 1988 World Series. Jay was named to 2 American League All-Star Teams in 1985 and 1987 and the 1989  National League All-Star Team. He currently ranks 56th on the Major League Baseball Career Saves List (155) and 67th on the Career Games Finished List (360). He coached Cal State Northridge from 1998 to 2005 where he led the Matadors to two Big Sky Conference Titles. Currently, Jay co-hosts the Braves post game show and is an active Braves alumni.
Back in Hall H, Jay is always ready to talk baseball with his Lakewood 400 friends, both dealers and customers. According to Jay, "it's better than therapy!" He and Linda import incredible furniture and antiquities. They have been part of our family since Lakewood opened almost 10 years ago.

|
 Benny Palmer's shop draws you in with his collection of old vintage signs, Coke memorabilia, advertising clocks, car parts and service items, primitive pine tables, 1800s country store counters, hand made bars and stools ... way too much to list! Benny has the perfect items to compliment your home, especially the game room! Benny doesn't just collect what is in his shop. He also has a collection of big boy toys ... a vintage Scotty Trailer, 1955 Chevrolet Street Rod and a '68 Buick Sky Lark, all of which he "shows". He he has received a lot of "Best of Shows" awards.
