Chamber Update: July 20
A Note from the CEO

Thank you for your continued support and membership. This fiscal year brings a change of leadership for the Lakewood Chamber. Patty Ryan has retired as CEO & President and has passed the torch to me. I am excited to be in this new role and I am looking forward to continuing to serve the membership and advocate for the Lakewood business community.

Our goal is to remain relevant to your organization and provide you with a strong return on your investment. The Chamber continues to offer membership benefits such as:
  • Advocacy
  • Networking
  • Staying Informed
  • Member Discounts on Employee Benefits
  • Marketing Opportunities
  • Support of the Lakewood Business Community

As we move forward in this new chapter, I am counting on your continued support because the Chamber's strength is in our membership. Through creating partnerships and working together, our small business community will continue grow and thrive. There are many opportunities to get involved in the Chamber.

I would also like to welcome new members to Chamber's Board of Directors and thank those that are continuing to serve.

New Board Members:
Jeanette Berger, The University of Akron, Lakewood
Bailey Ferguson, Cleveland Clinic Lakewood Family Health Center

Volunteers Needed

The Lakewood Chamber of Commerce traditionally hosts the Information Booth at the Lakewood Arts Festival. Our volunteers answer questions and hand out festival maps and other materials regarding the City of Lakewood and the Arts Festival.

Volunteers will serve for two-hour shifts at the information booth located on the east side of the Warren & Detroit intersection. This is a fun way to show the community that you're a Chamber member and show your support for Lakewood's largest event.
