With children in every division and a commitment to serving as Board Chair, Brian Levy gives his time and leadership to the school his family calls home. We honor his care for TVT’s future, and through him recognize the trustees who take on the responsibility of sustaining our school for the families here today and those still to come.
How did your TVT story begin?
I grew up going to public school, while my wife went to private. When we toured TVT, we were impressed, but I wasn’t convinced it was the right fit. I said, “We’ll give it a year.” Ten years later, we have a child in every division, and I’m Board Chair. We know how that went.
Who or what at TVT has made a lasting impact on you?
The teachers and staff who have taken the time to truly know our children, not just as students, but as individuals. That has always stood out to me.
Why do you believe it is important to invest in TVT's future?
Our family is benefiting today from what other families built before us. They chose to invest their time, expertise, and resources in TVT. I believe we are all stakeholders and it’s our responsibility to do the same for the families who come next.
