The anticipation was electric as students lined up in the Math Building, ready to come out to be cheered on by their friends. The Palmetto High School Band set the tone, leading the way through the tunnel with their rhythmic beats. Referees, coaches, cheerleaders, and teams followed, building excitement with every step.
Under a crisp, sunny sky, the day began with a stunning V-formation of birds overhead, orange and blue flares fading into the anthem, and simultaneous kickoffs on three fields. Smiles and cheers echoed as we wrapped up, celebrating the winners of an incredible week.
