We are thrilled to see that so many of you are becoming PTSA Members. There is still time to purchase a membership or even upgrade your current membership level.

We're celebrating 60 years of Palmetto Middle School with a PTSA Membership Drive! Join PTSA within the first 60 days of school to be entered into a drawing for prizes - see membership form for details! Drawing winners will be selected October 17th.

Your PTSA Membership is not tied to any volunteer committments, but rather a way to support the programs & activities the PTSA provides. With General Obligation Bond (GOB) construction in full swing, we are also raising funds to support the purchase of computers for our new computer labs!

MARK YOUR CALENDARS - PTSA Pizza Wednesdays starts this month!

PTSA will be selling pizza after school the third Wednesday of each month - starting Wednesday, September 21st! Please send your kids with cash next Wednesday for after school pizza. Apple Pay will also be available.

ALERT: There is No School on September 26th. It's a Teacher Planning day.

Each year, thousands of schools and youth organizations nationwide participate in Start With Hello Week, a national call-to-action week dedicated to making new social connections and creating a sense of belonging among youth. As you see, our teachers are getting ready for a week of events.

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!

Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) is an initiative geared toward providing positive male role models for the students. These dads/father figures perform a variety of volunteer tasks throughout the school year.

Membership is free, sign-up to receive email notifications of various needs and volunteer opportunities throughout the school year & RSVP for our Watch D.O.G.S. Dinner & Orientation October 6th at 6PM.
