MAKING HISTORY

Our spring issue highlights the 2025 Deals of the Year, including the largest ranch sale in American history: Stan Kroenke’s acquisition of New Mexico’s Singleton Ranches. In addition to its record-setting size — just shy of a million acres — the massive listing was marketed in complete secrecy by Republic Ranches. The highly targeted campaign zeroed in on a single buyer, Kroenke Ranches, which was represented by Hall and Hall. The sale closed in December. Other honorees include Alex Karp’s purchase of St. Benedict’s Monastery and Jake Paul’s knockout new getaway: Paul Reserve.
