With the arrival of summer, the pace of new listings and closed transactions has dramatically accelerated. I can already confirm one major ranch transaction involving two Land Report 100ers that will substantially reshape the 2023 Land Report 100.

 

Our summer issue, which goes to press in August, looks West.
